Many times it seems like taking your car in for attention could normally be considered drudgery becomes a more pleasant occasion. Courtesy, promptness, knowledge and efficiency are more bywords during an appointment for work on your vehicle. I look forward to seeing Steve, Beth, Carmen and "Sal".

My recent experience with Sunny Sunoco wasn't different than all the other visits I've made there over many years. The service work was completed as soon as I arrived. A brief complication was quickly resolved and I was on my way. Steve, as well as the other staff members are always cordial, helpful, friendly and cooperative. It's a pleasure to do business with them. It's a comfort to know that whatever the problem is, it'll be attended to in a proper and expeditious manner. I feel fortunate in having them conveniently near me.

As a Marylander visiting Ventnor, I had the misfortune of finding myself with a flat tire: one that was unrepairable. The proprietor of Lisa's Cafe recommended Sunny's Sunoco, but I was fairly trepedatious about taking my car to an unfamiliar garage. Let me say that I was overwhelmed by the professionalism, courtesy, and customer service that I received from Aaron and Barbara. It restored my faith in human nature. Raul assisted me during the previous evening when he didn't have to; Barbara took my call in the morning and immediately handled my problem as a priority (I was driving back to Maryland that afternoon). Aaron took charge of the tire purchases and replacement with speed, accuracy, and as a true professional. Sunny's Sunoco is a credit to the world of auto mechanics. Thanks to all who helped me out last week.
